What does the $100 diagnostic call cover?
The $100 no-heat or no-cool service call covers the trip and diagnostic when your heating or cooling is not working. We look at the symptoms and check the equipment so we can explain what is happening and what a repair would involve.
Once the problem is identified, we discuss the recommended work and its cost. You decide whether to approve the repair. The $100 diagnostic call is credited toward your repair if you approve the work.
